Our Story

Pomegranate House was born from a simple question:

Why is it so hard to find childcare you truly trust?

When our founder, Anasheh, became a mother, she looked for a daycare center that felt like a second home — warm, transparent, and genuinely caring. A place where she could see her daughter thriving, not just hear about it. She couldn't find it. So she decided to build it.

Anasheh brings over 25 years of family experience in the childcare industry, a master's degree, and a global perspective shaped by a life of travel and diverse communities. She's not just running a business — she's building a legacy for her daughter, Alara, and for every family it touches.

What Makes Us Different

Transparency you can see. We believe parents shouldn't have to wonder what their child's day looks like. Pomegranate House offers live classroom monitoring access — because trust starts with openness.

A team that cares. We pay competitive wages, invest in our staff, and treat teaching as the profession it is. When caregivers feel valued, children feel it too.

Rooted in community. Pomegranate House is woman-owned, locally operated, and committed to community. We believe a great daycare makes the whole neighborhood stronger.

Small enough to know every child. Big enough to do it right. Our ratios exceed state requirements, our curriculum is play-based and developmentally intentional, and every family has a direct line to our director — because your child is never just a number here.

Why "Pomegranate"?

In Armenian culture, the pomegranate is a symbol of abundance, resilience, and new life — present in art, architecture, and tradition for centuries. Its tough outer shell protects hundreds of seeds inside, each one vibrant, each one full of potential.

That's what we do here: protect, nourish, and help little seeds grow.

Our Mission

Pomegranate House exists to give every child a safe, nurturing start — and every parent peace of mind.

We believe the earliest years shape everything that follows. Our center is built on transparency, warmth, and trust: a place where children are seen, families are heard, and caregivers are valued.
